Arms recovered in North, South Waziristan agencies

PESHAWAR, 17 May: The security forces have recovered a huge quantity of arms and ammunition during search operations in North and South Waziristan.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said these operations were carried out on secret information in Dattakhel tehsil of North Waziristan and Pangi Parikhel area of South Waziristan during which short machine guns, rockets, anti-aircraft guns and hand grenades were recovered. These arms were hidden under the ground.

The operations were carried out under the ongoing operation Raddul Fasaad in the country.
