Girls perform traditional Attan dance in Talent Expo at Peshawar

PESHAWAR, 6 December: The two-day Women Talent Expo got underway at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University (SBBWU) in Peshawar on Tuesday.

Students from 15 colleges and universities took part in different competitions and showed their talent. The students took part in speech and modelling contests. Traditional music and Attan dance programme was also arranged on the occasion which greatly enthralled the participants and visitors.

A competition in cooking was also arranged at the expo. Students taking part in different completions said they are greatly enjoying the event.

“It is a very good programme and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Such programmes should be organised on regular basis to provide opportunity to female students to show their talent,” Tahira, a student at the university, told TNN.
