President Mamnoon attends Balochistan University’s 14th convocation

QUETTA, 09 August: The 14th convocation of Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Science (BUITMS) was held on Wednesday.
President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain attended the convocation ceremony as chief guest and conferred degrees and medals to the students. Ph.D, M.Phil, MSc and MA students were awarded degrees during the convocation ceremony. President Mamnoon Hussain was accompanied by Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai, provincial ministers and VC of UoB.
“I owe my success to my Moom and brother who give me too much support in getting education,” said Salma Islam, who bagged gold medal. She said there very little people who granting permission to their girls to get education.
The students said that they will play their role to end ignorance from the society.
