PESHAWAR: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has named the World Under-19 Team after conclusion of the World Cup which includes one player from Pakistan.

The team includes Shaheen Shah Afridi from Pakistan, five players from the World Cup champions India, three from South Africa and one from Afghanistan. Surprisingly, no player from runners-up Australia could make it to the world team.

Left-arm pacemen Shaheen Shah, who hails from Khyber Agency, made it to the world team after taking 12 wickets.

Cricket experts believe that Shaheen Shah has all the talent to make it to the national team in future.
