North Waziristan administration announces compensation for blast victims

MIRANSHAH, 6 December: The political administration of North Waziristan Agency has announced compensation for the heirs of those who lost their lives in Tuesday’s blast and injured persons.

The administration said that on the direction of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, Rs300,000 each will be distributed among the heirs of those who lost their lives in the blast, Rs100,000 each among critically injured persons, and Rs50,000 each will be distributed among slightly injured persons.

Six civilians were martyred and 10 others, including security personnel, sustained injuries in bomb blast targeting a vehicle of the security forces in Khadi area of Mir Ali on Tuesday.
