Four killed as truck rams over cab in Mansehra

MANSEHRA, 12 January: At least four people including two women were killed and two others injured when a truck ran over a taxicab in Ghazi Kot area, police said here on Friday.

According to police, the truck rammed into the car in Ghazi Kot after its brakes failed to work. The deceased have been identified as Saiqa Bibi, her daughter Arbia, another lady passenger and driver of the cab. All were travelling in the car, police informed and added that another woman and the driver of the truck were injured in the collision.

The injured persons were shifted to the King Abdullah hospital by the local people. The car was completely crushed due to the impact of the accident, police maintained.
