Police thwart attempt of selling four teenage girls in DI Khan

DI KHAN: Dera Ismail Khan police claimed to have arrested a man for selling four young girls to a gang due to poverty in Kech area of the district. The police also arrested six persons of the gang.

The police said that Saadullah, a resident of Bannu, took his two teenage daughters and two nieces including Saadia, Gul Meena, Romaisa and Basrana with an alleged intention to sell them to a man identified as Fatih Sher a resident of Kech.

The police, after receiving information, swung into action and conducted a raid on a house where the deal was being fixed  and arrested seven persons including Saadullah and gang members.

The other arrested persons are identified as Fatih Sher, Sanaullah, Khalid, Ramzan, Allah Nawaz alias Bhola and Allah Nawaz alias Gola.

Quoting Fatih Sher, SHO Shahjehan Khan said that prices of the girls were being fixed at his house.
