Blast in Bajaur Agency kills three

KHAR, August 11: At least three people were killed and 26 others injured on Frida in an explosion in Charmang area of Bajaur Agency, said the political administration.

The blast occurred in Nawagai tehsil of Charmang area and targeted labourers. The injured have been moved to District Headquarter Hospital Khar while the area has been cordoned off by security forces.

The administration confirmed the casualties while so far no militant group claimed responsibility for the attack.

The incident came at a time when security forces are busy on operation Khyber-4 at Rajgal area of Khyber Agency.
