Army Public School and College foundation laid in Parachinar

PARACHINAR, 17 May: The foundation stone of the Army Public School and College has been laid in Parachinar, Kurram Agency on Wednesday.
The groundbreaking ceremony was performed by the Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Nazir Ahmed Butt. The Army Public School and College would consist of forty classrooms to accommodate more than 1200 students.
Speaking on the occasion, Corps Commander told local elders that peace has been restored in the country. He said that more than 50 percent miscreants involved in crimes in Parachinar have been arrested.
He said that apart from annual development projects, a special package of Rs 80 million will be approved for Kurram Agency which will be spent on educational institutions, roads, and hospitals.
He also laid a foundation stone of a park in Parachinar.
