Test conducted to award laptops, scholarships to Bara students

BARA, 06 March: The Khyber Welfare Association (KWA) on Sunday conducted screening test to give laptops and award scholarships to talented and intelligent students of Bara tehsil of Khyber Agency.
Four hundred students from private and government schools of Khyber Agency participated in the screening test held at a private school and college. Students of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade participated in the test.
The KWA president Rafique Afridi told TNN that the association will give away laptops to top five students whereas 30 students will be awarded scholarships. He said that tests was conducted for students of all the classes according to their levels. He said that the test competitions were aimed to motivate students toward education as the deteriorated law and order situation has badly affected the education in the area.
