Pakistan Beat West Indies In Third ODI, Win Series
PESHAWAR, 12 April: Pakistan defeated West Indies in third match of the three-match one-day international (ODI) series at Providence on Tuesday night by six wickets and won the series 2-1.
West Indies after choosing to bat first scored 233 runs for the loss of nine wickets. Hope was top scorer with 71 runs, while Jason Mohammed scored 59 runs.
Pakistan surpassed the total with the loss of four wickets in the 44th over due to brilliant century of Shoaib Malik who remained undefeated on 101, while Muhammad Hafeez scored 81 runs. Shoaib Malik was declared man of the match and man of the series.
West Indies had won first match of the series, while Pakistan won second and third match.
The first match of the three-match Test series will be played on 21 April.
