BLA militants surrender to security forces in Quetta

QUETTA, 28 June: Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) militant Abdul Rasool alias Ustad has surrendered arms to security forces along with a group of his followers.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the BLA commander Abdul Rasool was involved in terrorist activities in Pasni, Kulanch, Dashat and Mand areas of Balochistan. The surrender came amidst an increase in the writ of state enabled through effective intelligence and successful security operations, ISPR said. ISPR added that the surrender of Abdul Rasool would go a long way in improving lasting peace and stability of Balochistan.
