Army Captain Among Three Cops Martyred In Awaran Blast
AWARAN, 16 February: Three Pakistan Army soldiers including a Captain were martyred and two soldiers injured when an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded targeting security forces convoy in Awaran area of Balochistan on Thursday.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), three Army personnel including Captain Taaha, sepoy Kamran Satti and sepoy Mehtar Khan embraced martyrdom in an IED blast in Awaran. Two soldiers also sustained critical injuries in the explosion.
The bodies of martyred army men and the injuries personnel have been shifted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH).
Awaran is the most sensitive area of Balochistan province where militants frequently attacked security forces.
